Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating established creative concepts into production-ready digital assets. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our retail media presence through various digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Extend and translate established creative concepts into production-ready web and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency across all formats.

• Design and produce onsite and offsite retail media ads and banner sets, email templates, landing pages, paid digital advertising, and slide decks.

• Maintain high standards of design quality, ensuring pixel-perfect execution of all digital and web assets.

• Collaborate with team members and embrace an iterative design process, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in production, web, and digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand and marketing across print, web, and digital mediums.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Suite
• Strong understanding of brand identity and digital design principles.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with Pacific Time hours.
• Skilled in generating pixel-perfect production assets that meet required specifications for various web and digital platforms.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
