We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting leadership by analyzing business processes, systems, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.   • Serves as a systems administrator/coordinator for relevant business systems and platforms.
  • Acts a subject matter expert and provides guidance and insights on technology changes and updates.
  • Serves as the second level of technical support for teams using business systems, ensuring effective utilization and resolving complex issues.
  • Assists team members with technology-related questions and provides solutions to improve system use and efficiency.
  • Conducts regular audits of business systems to ensure compliance with processes and to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Maintains awareness of business needs and processes and understands how technology impacts operational workflows.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of relevant business operations as well as project activities.
  • Develops and manages ad-hoc reports to identify trends and track performance, supporting operational improvements.
  • Conducts evaluations of existing business processes to identify and execute improvement initiatives.
  • Acts as a resource for real-time operational adjustments and changes as needed.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to the reporting team with data validation as needed.
  • Provides mentoring, support and guidance to more junior team members.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Seven (7) plus years’ experience in business operations and software solutions.
  • Seven (7) plus years’ experience in Data Analysis.
  • Extensive experience working with large-scale software solutions and systems.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Healthcare Industry Experience Required: Must have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on working with healthcare providers, payers, or related services.
  • Collaboration with Product Management & Engineering: Experience working within an Agile/Scrum product development team, closely interfacing with Product Managers and engineers to ensure business requirements are clearly communicated and met during development cycles.
  • Domain Knowledge: Prefer candidates who are familiar with call center solutions, PERS (Personal Emergency Response Systems), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), clinical care management platforms, and/or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Skilled in gathering, documenting, and managing complex business and technical requirements. Experience integrating third-party tools and building custom solutions.
  • Experience with Complex Systems: Strong understanding of systems with multiple software dependencies, and the ability to work through interdependencies to ensure seamless process integration and data flow between systems.
  • Effective communication and ability to work closely with all levels of management in varying departments.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical and communication skills as well as team leadership skills.
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to build processes and procedures that drive results.
  • Ability to motivate teams around a common goal and strive toward excellence.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, can learn quickly, and think creatively.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail an accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required, including strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive, critical thinking and ability to hold processes accountable required.
  • Effective program management capabilities to lead initiatives and facilitates cross-functional collaboration and support.
  • Quick to execute ad-hoc projects and adapt to change.

  • Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
  • Ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively provide guidance.
  • General statistics knowledge and familiarity with trending, time-series analysis and regression analysis.

Salary: $81,000 - 111,000
