Position Overview:

Are you a strategic thinker who is passionate about optimising company processes through data analysis? We are seeking a Supply Chain Improvement Analyst who excels in collecting, utilising, and interpreting complex data to drive actionable results that enhance our operations. In this pivotal role, you will analyse information from various sources, create valuable insights, and present your findings to business stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of strategic action plans.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions:

  • Develop a high-performing, engaged team through inclusion and diversity, development plans, training and education.
  • Create and implement efficient processes to deliver our promise and achieve Parts Excellence and targets to customers.
  • Work on a variety of Parts Projects to identify and implement continuous improvement in the supply chain.
  • Continue to improve systems and processes in order to meet company objectives and targets.
  • Parts Data Analysis seeks to identify trends and patterns throughout the data and act accordingly. Building reporting and facilitating improvements through the S&OP Process (Finning & CAT)
  • Create, develop and drive a Parts & Operations KPI dashboard. Identifying gaps and recreating action plans to improve. Sharing with other areas of the business

Education & Experience:

  • Management and Leadership experience
  • Supply Chain knowledge and experience
  • Supplier management, inventory control experience
  • Good level of education; Graduate
  • Experience in developing customer and business relationships
  • Leading and completing Projects
  • Knowledge of CAT product (desired)
  • Knowledge of CAT systems (desired)
