Risk & Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized professional to join our global Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Team.

In this role, you'll be part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) cross-functional team leading the efforts on structure and mature Thoughtworks Enterprise Risk Management.

In this global role, you will also partner with other functional and assurance teams across the company to roll out changes and support enterprise risk management and business continuity continuous implementation, promoting a culture that meets our high standards. You'll be able to engage and support our Enterprise Risk Owners during the risk management lifecycle from the assessment up to the monitoring and reporting on actions progress

Job responsibilities

• Risk Management:
  • Assist in identifying, documenting and escalating risks across the organization.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise risk register.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather risk-related information and data.
  • Help in analyzing risk trends and potential areas of concern.
  • Participate in the preparation of risk management reports and presentations.
  • Assist with the creation, implementation, review, and maintenance of program governance documentation and processes owned by ERM.
  • Assist with the management of the global risk management training awareness program.
• Business Continuity:
  • Support the development of our business continuity program.
  • Assist teams in conducting business impact analysis to identify critical business dependencies.
  • Help coordinate and participate in business continuity training and exercises.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or risk management related field.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (you will work with people from all over the world).
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Prior experience in risk management or a related field.
• Experience supporting or managing company-wide or cross-functional programs or projects.
• Familiarity with risk management software and tools.
• Understanding on Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
• Desired knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, ISO 22301).
