Business Analyst

HOW A BUSINESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Analyzes user needs and performs research and functional analysis on a variety of projects
● Work as part of the Global Operations Support team to support overseas GSS operations in different time zones.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Required Skills and Abilities: excellent oral and written communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
● Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with a ticketing management system.

- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus

- Experience working with virtual teams geographically dispersed and working in different time zones is a plus.

The likely salary range for this position is $70,550 - $95,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
