Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

Senior Analyst

What can you expect?

Product Analytics Solutions Team is responsible for providing analytical solutions and compensation reports to external and internal clients, ensuring the required standards of quality and timeliness. The Team supports Mercer clients and consultants globally, and now we are looking for someone who will be supporting North America market.

We will count on you to:

  • Be engaged and also lead projects that result in delivering one-off compensation reports

  • Prepare data analyses, customized reports in the area of compensation to Mercer consultants and clients across North America region including prevailing wage or standard job extracts reports preparation but also custom requests that may require external client contact

  • Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants across the region

  • Support consultants with data insights through e-mails and during client calls

  • Peer-review colleagues’ analyses and reports and participates in team’s continuous improvement initiatives

  • Manage internal and cross-team projects

  • Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction

  • Build and maintain Excel templates and tools, both internal and external

What you need to have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position in multinational company, client support related, project management, working with processes or improvement projects

  • Very good written and spoken English

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, and strong general computer literacy

  • Business maturity and project management skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Client-centric approach

  • Very strong analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics, ability to navigate various data environments, close attention to details, critical thinking

  • Ability to interpret data, as well as present it in an understandable format for non-technical colleagues or clients

  • Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced, flexible and remote environment

What makes you stand out:

  • Interest or experience in compensation area
  • Knowledge of Lean Methodology
  • Degree in a relevant field, e.g. mathematics, economics, statistics, HR
