For our location in Sofia we are looking for а skillful and motivated Java Developer.

**In this role, you’ll:

• Develop software according to Amadeus Standards.
• Attend and contribute to development meetings.
• Learn the codebase and improve coding skills.
• Analyze user needs and define requirements for development.
• Perform feasibility studies.
• Propose viable technical solutions to Product Management.
• Design and write high quality code, according to Amadeus quality gates.
• Support maintaining of the existing solution.
• Model, design and implement databases as necessary.
• Conducting unit and functional tests.
• Participate in the validation / acceptance phase of the product cycle.
• Produce software documentation necessary.
• Adopt Agile Mindset.

Technical Experience

• 3+ years of experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Coding skills in Java 8 and above, Java version 11 is a plus.
• Experience in development of web-based client-server applications (JSP, Java Servlets, JDBC, DHTML, CSS2, TypeScript and/or JavaScript).
• Knowledge of XML and XML related technologies ( XSL, XPath, XSD, DTD, SOAP, WSDL).
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of OAS, REST API, JSON and/or YAML is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Unit Testing.
