Engineering Manager

We are looking for an engineering manager to lead our team, responsible for Video Perception in the exciting space of autonomous driving. In this role, you will be responsible fordeveloping and establishing a highly competent team of experts and developers and at the same time understand our business, product, and technology, and apply that knowledge to create new product ideas and identify opportunities.QualificationsYou are exceptional at building and managing a team of talented engineers with the ability to pioneer in this space.

You understand the big picture but can operate on a smaller problem area and deliver results.

What you would do:Build and manage high performance Computer vision team at BGSW - People Management

Must be open for debates and discussions andimplement new ideas to sustain, build and strengthen existing teams and initiatives.

Exhibit willingness to learn and unlearn keeping up with exploratory nature of domain.

Must have general technical aptitude and some exposure to data science will be good to have.

Requirements

Bachelors/Master of Engineering in Computer Science or Electrical Sciences
