Position Summary

The Senior Developer should have 5+ years professional experience. Sitecore 9.x or above Certified. He will be responsible to work independently and implement the end-to-end requirement on Sitecore Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
• Write clean, testable code using Sitecore components
• Testing and debugging
• Review and refactor code
• Deploy fully functional applications
• Upgrade existing programs
• Support junior developers’ work
• Document development and operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications - 4-year Computer Science degree.
• At least 6+ years of experience in Sitecore
• In depth knowledge on latest version of Sitecore preferably 9.X and 10.X.
• Knowledge in SXA and EXM will be an advantage
• Good to have experience in Sitecore Commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Visual Studio, TFS and at least one of the .NET languages (VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET)
• Experience in coding, designing and testing new web software applications
• To identify and correct the software defects and to maintain the existing software systems
• In-depth understanding and implementation of web services (REST or SOAP)
• To create test plans and technical specifications
• Working experience with MVC frameworks and Software Patterns
• Experience with Microsoft Release Management Studio or other Continuous Integration Management tool (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.)
• Working experience with UI / front-end development using JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 4/5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with agile environments
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
