Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL and experimentation to support our product strategy development.

The ideal candidate will analyse and interpret complex datasets from our customer-facing e-commerce platforms, retail partnerships, and medical consulting platform.

In collaboration with Product and Tech teams, they will provide actionable insights to drive key product decisions, running experiments to evaluate product changes and guide strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Use SQL to query, analyze, and extract insights from large, complex datasets related to e-commerce sites, market trends, telehealth platforms, and customer feedback.
• Experimentation: Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, measure product changes' impacts, and inform decision-making.
• Product Metrics & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain Looker dashboards to track KPIs, standardize product performance metrics, and monitor features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Tech teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, providing recommendations that influence product development and release strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product analysis or a related role, ideally within e-commerce or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Experience designing and running experiments to test product features and evaluate results.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis to forecast trends and evaluate product impact.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, dbt).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple analytical projects from start to finish.
• Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative research skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
