The Senior HRIS Analyst will lead large, complex HCM strategic and implementation engagements and manage these projects to successful completion. This key role will collaborate with HR Management, HR Staff, Payroll, IT & Administrative teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors. This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs. Maintains strict confidentiality and works with all levels of 3,000+ employee company.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as primary contact of HR data and systems for internal stakeholders, including HR, Benefit and Payroll teams, along with HRIS vendors.

• Configure and maintain our UKG HRIS system, data, workflows and reporting.

• Support our system implementation, maintenance, audits and analysis of our UKG HRIS platform.

• Support an UKG HRIS Platform that is responsible for over 3000 employees, in multiple states and countries.

• Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) HCM system and supporting HR and Payroll modules.

• Leads all aspects of HCM configurations of HCM initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support.

• Sets up Business Processes, Workflows, Security Roles and User Roles, Deductions and Earnings

• Maintains the UKG PRO (Legacy UltiPro) systems including Core, Onboarding, Payroll, Time & Attendance and others.

• Seek to identify opportunities to optimize application performance, utilization, and adoption.

• Identify opportunities to improve and transform internal business processes and day-to-day activities.

• Work with end users, Information Technology support staff, and UKG Global Support to troubleshoot problems and resolve application issues.

• Should have a sound or general understanding of project management activities and methodologies.

Experience:

• UKG Pro: Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) HR and Payroll HCM, or related experience (Required)
• HCM system: 3 years (Required)
• HR and Payroll HCM: 3 years (Required)
• UKG pro certified: 1 year (Required)
• Ability to troubleshoot, multi-task and meet deadlines is required
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines
• Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

The US base salary range for this role is below.

$77,800—$145,500 USD
