Your mission

As our Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our daily marketing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the broader marketing team to implement various tasks, support strategic initiatives, and help enhance our brand visibility across different channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish pre-written content on social media platforms, monitoring accounts for engagement and reporting significant interactions.
• Manage basic content updates on the company website, ensuring all content is properly linked and displayed, and upload various content types (blog posts, case studies, team updates) using the CMS.
• Generate predefined marketing performance reports, including metrics for social media engagement, website traffic, and email campaigns, while monitoring competitor marketing activities and sharing insights with the marketing team.
• Assist in executing email marketing campaigns by scheduling emails based on provided templates and managing and updating email lists to ensure data accuracy.
• Support internal communication efforts by creating and distributing updates to keep the business team informed about marketing activities.
• Maintain the internal Marketing Hub with the latest marketing processes, templates, and guidelines.
• Perform basic data entry tasks to keep marketing records accurate and current in the CRM.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the B2B sector.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
