Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Summary:

• Business partner of local and global management provide financial analysis and delivers timely and accurate financial data to support management team decision making

Job Responsibility:

• Preparing budget and forecast reports and update weekly, monthly and yearly management reporting
• Spending monitoring to align with plan
• Monitor month-end process
• Bridge analysis for volume & spending impact of monthly, yearly performances against forecasts.
• Cost saving tracking
• CPP preparation and analysis
• Understand cost model allocation of product cost
• Evaluate standard price and analyze each product and BU/BL
• Analysis standard machine rate to actual machine rate at cost center level
• Ad hoc assignment from internal/external partners

Job Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor degree, Master degree preferred

• 5+ years relevant working experience within Finance & Accounting in an international and commercial environment;

• Excellent communication and network skills. Can exert influence across businesses in a complex organization;

• Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical capabilities;

• Excellent project management skills;

• A positive outlook towards change;

• The drive and commitment necessary to achieve successful results.
