What You’ll Get to Do:

The Program Financial Analyst will operate as a single point of contact to the Program Control and Accounting Specialist for finance and accounting, and will support the Program Management Office (PMO) day-to-day activities to include in Stuttgart, Germany. You will live and work in Stuttgart, Germany under SOFA/TESA status.:

  • Process and maintain team member work plans in CACI systems
  • Serve as the Program’s primary payroll time and attendance subject matter expert; assist team members with corrections, advise supervisors when errors are identified, conduct trend analysis to determine applicable training requirements across the Program
  • Process, maintain and reconcile customer-authorized overtime; ensure authorizations are invoiced in accordance with approval guidelines
  • Calculate, process and report Special Pay Allowances for CACI team members
  • Assist the Program with contract billing and invoice backup creation
  • Support monthly business rhythms of both the Program and Corporate finance requirements
  • Perform financial analysis in support of the Program Control and Account Specialist, PMO and Program Manager as required
  • Use financial controls, procedures, system requirements and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/Program status and ensure compliance with customer and government requirements
  • Monitor progress of Program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
  • Prepare financial/administrative reports and distribute to customers, designated Program team members and Program leadership
  • Conduct financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.)
  • As requested, review payroll and financial documentation (timecards, travel vouchers, Partner invoices, funding statements, etc.) to verify entries are compliant with contract requirements, policies and procedures
  • Participate in, and support, meetings within the PMO, with the customer and with Corporate
  • Ensure the Program is set up to properly capture costs, recognize revenue and bill customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance (no waiver)
  • Ability to pass Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) and provide contract support from OCONUS (Germany)
  • Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint
  • Experience performing program control and financial analysis support
  • Experience with DoD travel regulations
  • Experience in Logistical support and expense report submissions for OCONUS DoD program
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications that would be nice to have

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills such as pivot tables, filters, and lookups to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoice
  • 3+ years program control & financial management experience in a government contracting environment
  • Understanding of OCONUS special pay allowances -

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500 - 117,900 USD
