Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, design, and implementation of our Group Risk Finance (GRF) website, ensuring it meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and publish data on the website, coordinating with insurance brokers.
• Manage the collection of outstanding premiums.
• Provide support in claims management, working closely with insurance brokers and legal teams.
• Lead contract and certificate reviews to ensure supplier compliance.
• Assist in preparing reinsurance policy wordings and maintaining key documentation.
• Support the Insurance Manager in preparing presentations and renewal communications.
• Provide business units with forecasted annual insurance costs.
• Lead the implementation of insurance compliance programs for GRF.
• Collaborate with fronting insurers to ensure global policy compliance.

• Relevant professional qualifications.
• Experience in insurance, administration, and compliance roles.
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts and policy wordings.
