Staff Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with various departments, including Demand planning, IE, Production control, IT etc to gather business requirement, develop solution design and implement post development and testing of business functionality
• Work with various departments to identify initiatives/projects/enhancements/Processes to solve business requirements and problems.
• Responsible for Owning, Managing, Improving and enhancing existing Systems and Processes in Supply Chain domain
• Responsible for timely project delivery while working with IT/Business teams
• Review project plans and timelines and ensure support from all stakeholders for the projects
• Develop comprehensive documentation for the planning solution and provide training sessions to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize the new system.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users of the advanced planning solution, troubleshooting issues and ensuring that the system operates smoothly on a daily basis.
• Monitor supply chain operations daily to identify issues or bottlenecks in planning. Develop and implement solutions to address these problems promptly.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• 3+ years relevant work experience in a top tier company driving programs or projects related to Supply Chain
• Highly proficient in written and oral communications; able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations to leaders.
• Able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.
• Atleast one Implementation experience of Advanced Planning System is desirable
