Senior Discipline Engineer

Our growing Portland office is seeking a Senior Discipline Engineer with approximately fifteen years of experience in the consulting engineering field, who is passionate about their craft and looking for an environment that promotes professional growth. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to architects, owners, and general contractors, and have a desire to work as part of a multidiscipline engineering team. We value self-motivated individuals with an enthusiastic mindset, an interest to work on diverse projects, and attention to detail to deliver quality engineering services.

Requirements

• BS degree in related field required.
• PE registration required.
• Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Proven technical leadership and demonstrated depth of competence, serving as a valuable resource both within the local office and to others company-wide.
• Exceptional expertise in one engineering area.
• Competence in a broad range of engineering knowledge.
• Able to build and maintain a strong discipline team of professionals and support staff within a cooperative multidiscipline office.
• Manages an extensive amount of work and leverages staff to support additional workload.
• Possesses extraordinary leadership capabilities.
