Software Test Engineer - Unit/Integration Test

In our location in Bangalore, we are currently looking for a Software Test Engineer - Unit/Integration Test (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Review and analyze software unit design, software architecture and software requirements
• Creation of test specifications for unit and integration tests according to Automotive SPICE and ISO26262
• Implementation, execution and documentation of static and dynamic software unit and software integration tests
• Carrying out error analyses
• Evaluation and assessment of test results
• Development of forward-looking solutions, test strategies and automation solutions for unit and integration tests
• Supporting test management
• Effort estimation of the activities
• Intensive exchange with the entire development team

Your profile:

• Education Qualification : B.E. / B Tech / M Tech with Electrical/Electronics(Mandatory) as main discipline.
• Experience in testing embedded software
• Know-how of Microcontrollers - Aurix Platform is preferred
• Experience with Debuggers – UDE Debuggers is advantagous
• Experience with Tessy
• Knowledge of ISO26262
• Good knowledge of the programming language C or C++
• Knowledge of test and development tools (Tessy, Enterprise Architect, Polarion, Jira, SVN, Git)
• Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a global team
• High quality awareness as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Flexibility as well as an independent, proactive way of working
• Good English skills
• Expertise in test automation toolchain (Jenkins, continuous integration, unit, module) is advantagous Internal Use Only: Salary
