Job Description:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transactional Purchase Requisition Activities:
  • Handle simple to moderate purchase requisition tasks for assigned countries, regions, or areas, including:
  • Converting PR to PO for both SAP and Legacy systems, and troubleshooting PR to PO issues
  • Monitoring open POs, including manual POA
  • Following up on open orders (delays, expedition)
  • Coordinating PO deliveries and vendor interactions
  • Making changes to POs regarding quantities and delivery dates
• Exception Resolution and Inquiries:
  • Resolve moderate to complex exceptions and manage inquiries from suppliers and stakeholders
• Procedure Compliance:
  • Follow a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within the Forecast To Schedule areas
  • Ensure compliance with internal Forecast To Schedule business rules and SOX controls

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in FTS transactional activities
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
  • Strong customer service and quality-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of sourcing principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Structured approach to planning and managing workload efficiently
  • Team-oriented with attention to detail
