Who you’ll be working with

You will be working closely with the lead graphic designer, as well as Marketing and Sales teams. As a graphic designer, your responsibilities will involve conceptualizing, producing, managing, and optimizing graphic assets that align with the brand's identity. These assets will be used across various platforms including websites, social media, videos, sales funnels, and ads. We are looking for someone with strong creative and production skills to ensure a cohesive corporate identity throughout all touch points.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate closely with the lead designer to establish and uphold brand guidelines, visual style, design direction, and marketing collateral materials.
• Design and execute cohesive digital campaigns, including site banners, landing pages, emails, and social assets, ensuring freshness, innovation, and alignment with current trends.
• Provide design support for presentations.
• Continuously acquire knowledge about Codal's services and maintain a deep understanding of B2B audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work stream.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a design agency or in-house creative department.
• Strong conceptual skills, a keen sense of design, layout, and typography, with the ability to offer diverse design solutions.
• Experience with Figma, & Adobe Suite.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with project managers.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to process and react to issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively, contribute to brainstorming sessions, team meetings, presentations, and offer creative input.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to consistently meet deadlines.
• Motion graphics skills are a plus.
