Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. We have partnered with an established non-profit organization who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Establish and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, coordinating audits and reviews by external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and revenue optimization efforts.
• Oversee the financial administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proven experience in the non-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
