We are looking for a professional and eager Data Centre Specialist and vCentre subject matter expert who is passionate about providing knowledgeable and excellent customer service, and technical support to our clients!

A Day in the life:

• Provide 3rd-level support for on-site infrastructure and cloud support
• Senior level expertise with data centre and vCentre management

What you bring:

• 8+ years in on prem enterprise systems management
• 5+ years in Data Centre management
• 5+ years of virtualization experience
• Previous experience working on a large migration project
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
• Excellent customer service
