Analytics Business Analyst

Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for Business Analyst with experience in Public Sector Industry to join Analytics Service Line.

DXC Analytics is focused on providing customers innovative solutions and high added value, in the following areas: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence & Data Management, Artificial Intelligence and IoT Analytics.

Job responsibilities:

• Finds customer needs, translates them in requirements, supports upselling/business development on new and existing contracts.
• Collaborates with technical team and contributes to delivery activities during design, develop and maintenance of the solutions.
• Designs modern and scalable data architecture, to implement Business Intelligence reporting and technical/functional specifications.
• Delivers business value to customers using Functional/Technical skills, building a trusted relationship with key users.
• Proposes Solutions that address Business Intelligence and Analytical business problems, needs and opportunities, in a manner consistent with DXC’s strategic and business goals.
• Collaborates with Project Manager, to anticipate customer needs, in order to facilitate the definition and development of the solution and to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of these solutions.
• Prioritizes the workload ensuring on time and on budget deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics
• Consolidated - at least 2 years - professional experience on Public Sector projects
• Strong Experience on Data Modeling and on Advanced SQL.
• Attitude to modelling and understanding of the data and the client’s business
