YOU ARE ALL ABOUTTECHNICAL DESKTOP PUBLISHING
As a Technical DTP’er, you are a part of the Rituals HQ Print & Design Team, which is in turn part of our in-house Creative Agency. As a key member of our team, you contribute to the creation of print-ready files for various materials, including POS materials for our stores, posters, advertisements, and activation materials for significant campaigns.

SHARE YOUR TALENTS
This matches you as a Technical DTP’er, as you ensure the technical accuracy in the output of these materials for handover to our external DTP agency and printer. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial part in preserving and enhancing the visual identity of our brand, ensuring the creative direction is faithfully represented in your work. For 40 hours per week, you:

• Create (within time) print-ready files for a range of materials, including POS materials, posters, advertisements, and activation materials
• Ensure technical standards and guidelines in file preparation are adhered to, meeting required standards for handover to external DTP agencies and printers
• Uphold and protect Rituals’ visual identity and creative direction in all design work
• Work collaboratively with your peers, internal and external stakeholders in order to successfully contribute to campaigns and projects

As a Technical DTP’er, you are a part of the overarching Creative Agency. Our Creative Agency is responsible for our Global Brand and overall Art Direction. Your one and only client are your Rituals colleagues from Marketing, E-Commerce, HR and all other departments who are in need of visual assets and materials for all Rituals’ offices and stores worldwide.

BRING ALL OF YOU
It goes without saying that you know your way around the technical aspects of DTP, and why this is so important from an external DTP office or printers’ perspective (if you have experience working at an external DTP office or printers that would certainly be a plus). The key competencies we are looking for are:

• Proven experience in desktop publishing with a focus on technical DTP
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print
• Proactive in addressing challenges, offer creative solutions, and collaborate with the team
• Efficient in time management in order to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work in cooperation with our planning/traffic team
