Global Quality Assurance Lead

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a quickly growing team of engineering professionals
• Oversee the development of international safety and quality control methodologies
• work for external safety and quality entities, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with Last Energy's quality objectives
• Drive the adoption of innovative safety and quality assurance techniques and methodologies, leveraging cross-industry best practices to enhance project outcomes
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and employ advanced problem-solving strategies to address quality-related challenges proactively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred

• Significant experience as a Project Manager is preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams in a multinational environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Fluency in additional languages is a plus

• Ability to adapt communication and management style to work effectively with diverse global teams

• Prior experience in highly regulated industries, with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in risk assesment and quality assurance
