As a VP Sales Global at our company, you will...

  • Craft and oversee the definition and execution of our global sales strategy, focusing on growth, market expansion, and structuring of the global sales team
  • Encompass a fusion of forward-thinking leadership, deep market understanding, and a commitment to excellence in execution
  • Develop and define the sales global strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and market trends
  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers across various regions to drive performance and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain an efficient and effective organizational structure within the sales department, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish revenue goals for new business ventures, ensuring they are ambitious yet achievable
  • Work closely with the marketing and go-to-market (GTM) teams to develop comprehensive plans that integrate sales strategies with marketing initiatives
  • Analyze market data and sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and decision-making
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and customer-centricity within the sales organization

We are looking for a candidate that...

  • Holds a master's degree in business administration, international business, or related field from a leading university

  • Has at least 5 years of leadership experience with large teams, demonstrating a proven track record in strategic planning and sales execution in international markets

  • Has a strong capability to understand and adapt to various international market dynamics, with a proven record of crafting and implementing effective sales strategies

  • Has exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers across diverse cultural landscapes

  • Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities

  • Has a commitment to continuous learning and development, with an eagerness to personally engage in key sales initiatives and client interactions

  • Is willing to go the extra mile and takes pride in their work
