Office Manager
Administration
- Responsible for Office Administration routine in the areas of repairing and maintenance, mailing service (incoming & outing) and storage
- Provide full range of administrative and coordination support in various areas of business duties with internal and external parties
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (office utilities, stationery and printing matters)
- Assist the Manager to plan, organize and provide coordination support for business meetings, conferences, seminars, visits and events
- Provide support on Business Travel Arrangement
- Back up receptionist as requested
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in office administration field
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Positive, proactive, detailed, organized and customer-oriented
- A team player & adapt to work in multi-culture environment
