Zeno London is on the hunt for an Associate Director to join its growing Corporate Reputation team and help drive award-winning work with some of the world’s biggest and best-known businesses.

Candidates will need to be great communicators, strong strategic advisors and passionate about the world of business and brands doing good. The team is growing rapidly and this role will blend corporate and consumer storytelling skills for clients across food and drink, technology, professional and financial services. The team’s current portfolio includes Coca-Cola in Europe, Budweiser Brewing Group, Amazon, Lenovo, PageGroup, Upfield, viagogo, Pilgrim’s Food Masters and many more.

Collaboration is critical, with the corporate reputation team regularly partnering with other teams to deliver the best work for its clients.

Associate Directors are part of Zeno London’s management team and have a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of the team and the company. As well as leading client programmes, Associate Directors also help in the day-to-day running of the team, supporting with team resourcing, line management, new business, organic growth and marketing. As a global agency, the candidate will partner closely with other Zeno offices.

With the team looking to continue its growth, experience in new business is vital – comfortable in drafting pitch proposals, working with the New Business Director to manage the process (responding to RFIs) and a confident presenter.

We are looking for somebody who is intellectually curious, passionate about ESG and has an excellent understanding of issues impacting our clients in an increasingly challenging communications landscape.

They will need to be highly organised, mindful of deadlines and able to multi-task across a busy to-do list. They will need proven experience in client servicing and managing a team, and working with senior internal/client stakeholders, ideally within a communications agency.

£63,000 - £85,000 a year
