Job Summary:

As a Telesales Team Lead for Bosta Capital, you will lead and manage a team of telesales representatives focused on driving sales and promoting our microfinancing products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective telesales strategies, optimize sales processes, and achieve sales targets. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our microfinancing operations.

What you will do:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement telesales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and increase market penetration.
  • Establish and maintain sales targets, KPIs, and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the microfinancing sector.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Who are are?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in telesales including 1+ year in a Lead/Managerial role, in the microfinancing or financial services industry is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of microfinancing products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
