Netlight Munich is growing, and we are now looking for a Welcome & Feel Good Manager to join our First Impression Team in Munich. First Impression enables the best possible work environment for every Netlighter. The role is a full-time position, starting earliest in December 2023.

We are currently seeking a Welcome & Feel Good Manager with outstanding customer service skills, a motivated mindset and a strong desire for professional growth. You will primarily be responsible for reception and administrative tasks, as well as managing external workshops held at our office. Those tasks will include welcoming Clients, Recruits and Netlighters, coordinating food orders, and ensuring proper setup. As a member of our First Impression team, you will play an important role in delivering a professional and positive experience to all stakeholders, whether through email, telephone interactions, or in-person meetings.

WHAT’S THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?

- Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors in the reception.

- External conference and workshop host.

- Responsible for our new hire process.

- Representing First Impression in new hire events.

- Responsibility for phone subscriptions.

- Managing all post and deliveries.

- Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters.

- Sustainability and environmental work.

- Cooperation with our operations team.

- Support Netlight’s core business.

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE TO IT?

- You are a people person & a humble team player

- Your communication- & people skills are top-notch and you can naturally build trust

- You are native in German & business fluent in written and spoken English

- You pay attention to details & possess great organizational skills

- Experience in customer service, reception and conference hosting is meriting, but not a prerequisite

- Curious and resourceful mindset

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
