Role Overview

As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of 10 Revenue Operations professionals and Knowledge & Enablement enthusiasts to foster collaboration, develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units, reporting directly to the CEO.

How will you impacting our mission:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer facing units.
  • Identify and implement best practices for sales enablement, including training, content development, and sales process optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including hubspot
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What will help you thrive?

  • 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, in sales or revenue operations, ideally at SaaS companies
  • In-depth understanding of the SaaS business model, subscription-based revenue, and key metrics relevant to SaaS companies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges by making data-driven decisions
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at business level
