Operations Controller

  • Establish Production controlling including all relevant processes in the ERP system IFS
  • Calculation of production, freight and inventory costs
  • Support Make-or-Buy decisions with financial calculations
  • Provide financial analyses as needed
  • Prepare, monitor and report financial KPIs
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Identification of cost saving potentials
  • Assist in the development of the operations planning process including budgets and forecasting
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Work closely with various other (international) departments to accomplish improvements of processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Operations Finance Controlling
  • University degree in Business Administration with Focus on Finance/Controlling or similar
  • Proven working experience as an Operations financial controller
  • Thorough knowledge of business analytics
  • Structured and analytical
  • ERP systems experienced
  • Very strong MS-Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (C1)
  • Ability to communicate and create collaboration across departments and subsidiaries in different countries
  • Experience from working in international companies
