- Establish Production controlling including all relevant processes in the ERP system IFS
- Calculation of production, freight and inventory costs
- Support Make-or-Buy decisions with financial calculations
- Provide financial analyses as needed
- Prepare, monitor and report financial KPIs
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Identification of cost saving potentials
- Assist in the development of the operations planning process including budgets and forecasting
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Work closely with various other (international) departments to accomplish improvements of processes
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Operations Finance Controlling
- University degree in Business Administration with Focus on Finance/Controlling or similar
- Proven working experience as an Operations financial controller
- Thorough knowledge of business analytics
- Structured and analytical
- ERP systems experienced
- Very strong MS-Office skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills (C1)
- Ability to communicate and create collaboration across departments and subsidiaries in different countries
- Experience from working in international companies
