Summary
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, guest acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue growth for our property.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the hotel's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and understand industry trends.
• Oversee and collaborate with all aspects of the hotel's digital marketing presence, including website optimization (SEO/SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Develop and execute creative content marketing strategies in collaboration with social media manager and digital manager to engage guests and showcase the hotel's unique offerings.
• Collaborate and assist with public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and influencer marketing.
• Manage and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting strategies accordingly for optimal results.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue management, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
• Manage marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing and hospitality trends and leverage them to optimize campaign performance.
• Assist with developing and implementing promotional packages and special offers.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials with graphic designers, such as brochures, flyers, and website content.
Requirements
Experience/Certificates/Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of proven work experience in marketing or related field (pre-opening experience preferred).
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data to inform marketing decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on storytelling and brand messaging.
• Proficiency in using AI Tools.
• Fluent proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of current travel trends.
