- Manage and scale a portfolio of existing corporate clients and proactively build and maintain strong relationships
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base by bringing new corporate customers onboard
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services
- Utilize Salesforce and Tableau to track and analyze client data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights
- Actively engage in the collection and recovery of payments from corporate customers
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to provide business updates to both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and contribute to diverse projects

Requirements
