Human Resources at the NYISO plays an integral role in ensuring the organization can achieve both its short and long term business objectives, acting as a strategic business partner and providing critical leadership in the development, implementation, and administration of sound policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the engagement of a high performing workforce.
The Human Resources Manager will lead organization-wide efforts to help further define and reinforce the areas of compensation and benefit administration and should have significant experience designing and managing benefit plans, as well as managing compensation benchmarking and outcomes, while also serving as a business partner for a group of NYISO teams. As the business partner, the manager will lead organization-wide processes to attract, retain, develop, and motivate a talented and diverse workforce, focusing specifically on their assigned groups.
