Communication Manager

Do you speak GenZ? HR? If so, you are in a good place.

As Communication Manager for the German market of JobTeaser, you will be in charge of the communication and content, in close collaboration with the Local German teams and the Marketing Headquarter in Paris.

Your goal? Make JobTeaser known by the HR team of medium and large companies in Germany.

Your missions:

• Align with the Head of Com & Brand on the communication strategy and editorial line for Germany
• Align with the Sales and Partnership University team the local needs and challenges.
• Align and coordinate the production of content pieces format and derived of formats with the help of a Content Freelancer: articles, study, product video, testimonials, social media posts, newsletters, speaker slot.
• Collaborate with the German Event Manager, the HQ Designer, Communication and the Performance team to distribute our content pieces.
• Be the owner of the tone of voice of JobTeaser in German aligned with the Brand Platform.
• Act as our german copy-writer to define consistent messages over the different channels.
• Be up-to-date with the HR challenges and trends, as well as new gen aspirations.

Requirements

• You have a diploma in Communication, Business or Marketing.
• Ideally a first experience in Communication, Content, Communication project management.
• Ideally a first experience in coordinating content product, video production, design.
• You have an interest in HR and hiring topics.
• Great copywriting skills.
• You are fluent in English and have a good level in German.
• Great project management skills (listing actions, defining retro-planning and making sure it’s respected, coordinating with other teams, budget management).
• Strong autonomy and absolute rigor (ability to deliver on your projects, autonomously, with everything going as planned).
• Appetite on checking performance of your actions, with the capacity to build test & learn and iterative approaches.
