As Brand Manager B2B, your role will be to lead our content and communication strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on France.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand building and driving engagement through high-quality content.

Reporting to our Head of Brand & Comms, you will be part of our Marketing team that includes Insight, Social Media, Art Direction, Performance, and Events. You will animate our external partners on Content and PR. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, and University Partnerships.

The challenge? Elevate JobTeaser’s brand visibility, solidify our position as a thought leader in the recruitment and integration of Gen Z into the workforce and drive engagement from companies and higher education institutions.

Your key targets include Recruitment and Employer Branding teams, company executives, and Career Services at schools and universities.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic Development:
    • Define and implement a cohesive brand, communication and content strategy with our Head of Brand & Comms.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, HR challenges, Gen Z aspirations, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
    • Ensure the correct translation of the brand platform and editorial line in all activations.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication activities to improve our engagement
  • Content Creation & Campaign Execution:
    • Lead the editorial calendar (topics and angles), ensuring alignment with product talking points and corporate messages.
    • Participate in creating compelling narratives based on insights and studies, and leveraging key findings in our communication strategy
    • Deploy stellar campaigns including content pieces creation for various channels with the mantra “Less but better” emphasizing a high focus on engagement KPIs (claims, report, blog article, landing page, press release)
    • Refine and maintain our distinctive tone of voice to engage HR managers and other target audiences, with a consistency on every channels
    • Drive the distribution of our campaigns on the most appropriate channels: offline (speaker slots, events, press) and online (webinars, CRM, blog, website, paid media).
  • Public Relations & Key Opinion Leaders :
    • Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and media coverage.
    • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (industry experts and partners)
  • Collaboration & animation:
    • Strong collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team to ensure the deployment of our Communication and Content strategy
    • Drive our network of freelancers, agencies or suppliers to support the execution of our plan, for instance on content creation and PR.

Requirements

Who are you? 🎯

  • 5 years of experience in PR, Content, Communication, or Communication Project Management (experience in scale-up or agency environments is a plus).
  • You have a way with words. Grammar, syntax, spelling – you excel in all three. We seek consistency in messaging and a light tone. You are also comfortable speaking, clear, and have the ability to simplify complex ideas without diluting them. Moreover, you know when a joke is good, and most importantly, whether it's appropriate or not.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at handling cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and data sets, ensuring clear communication and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Genuine interest in HR, recruitment, talent development, societal issues, and trends related to Gen Z.
  • Strong brand sensitivity and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.
  • Comfortable navigating complex environments and excelling in cross-functional roles.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus.
