As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Highway9 Networks, you will be responsible for managing enterprise accounts in a given region. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, developing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating and closing contracts, and managing customer relationships. You will be tasked with creating, developing and executing sales strategies for the assigned region.

Requirements
- Experience successfully selling networking technology i.e. enterprise networking, security, wireless and/or cloud technology.
- 5+ years experience driving complex enterprise sales processes, including $1M+ deals.
- Comfortable working in a roll-up your sleeves, get your hands dirty start-up environment.
- Experience selling to Global 1000 / Financial Services companies.
- Strong consultative selling skills and disciplined sales process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
