As a Product Manager, you have the dual role of helping to define and develop digital innovation products, product features and/or updates, as well as executing the product design and development based on the client company's business needs and strategic goals. You will work with client stakeholders, internal software engineering and UI/UX design teammates to bring clarity and alignment from start to finish.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

  • Clarifying the goals of one or more digital products across mobile, desktop, platforms and/or services.
  • Working with the business and technical teams to translate business needs, and define product roadmaps that outline current and future capabilities of each product.
  • Developing an understanding of the user experience & prioritizing product features/requirements based on business and user impact.
  • Creating buy-in for the product goals both internally and with key external partners.
  • Maintaining and extending relationships with client partners.
  • Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes (wireframes, layouts, functionality, and technical requirements, working with a designer).
  • Executing and product management from MVP to launch and testing, ensuring all phases are within budget & timeframes.
  • Ensuring the quality of releases on the product area, testing and validating that the requirements are met.
  • Working on optimizing the user journeys and working on defining the strategies for conversion rate optimization.
  • Data pipeline design.
  • User engagement patterns.
  • Areas of workflow.
  • API Integrations.
  • Data pipelines and queues.
  • ETL processes.

You have:

  • 5-7 years of experience working on a software development team, and 4+ years experience of product management and project management experience.
  • The interest and ability to work across multiple time zones, projects, and clients.
  • Has participated in a software development project from start to finish, being part of the kickoff, requirements gathering, and delivery phases.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholders as part of the process of product requirements gathering.
  • Understanding of how to take ambiguous product ideas and gather data to build a strategic product roadmap.
  • The ability to prioritize requirements & features according to business need & industry trends with time and budget constraints.
  • Experience in leading execution through cross-functional teams in an agile delivery model.
  • Experience working in scrum agile and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clubhouse, Gitbook, Notion, Coda etc.
  • Experience with tools like Miro, PowerPoint, Figma etc. to express your ideas / specifications.
  • Experience of working with tools like Mixpanel, Webengage, and Clevertap is a big plus
  • The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels & job functions.
  • The ability to structure & communicate product features to delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of user-centric digital experiences.
  • Previous experience in consulting is a strong plus.
  • Experience with real time large-scale data platforms.
  • Prior experience with data visualization, experimentation frameworks and optimization is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Google Analytics and Mix Panel.
