YOU WILL
* Responsible for the operational management of employee relations affairs in the Shenzhen office.
* Establish, maintain, and optimize employee affairs process systems, ensuring the smooth operation of regulatory processes.
* Manage HR outsourcing service providers, improve the coordination process, standardize the management of outsourced personnel, and establish a supervision and feedback mechanism.
* Conduct data analysis of human resources on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, and generate related reports.
* Maintain employee relations and coordinate the planning and implementation of activities related to organizational culture building.
* Responsible for office administration in the Shenzhen office.
YOU HAVE
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years of experience in employee relations.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-motivated, and open-minded.
* Fluent in English.
