As a Game Design Director you will play a crucial role in supporting our talented production teams to build and fine-tune progression systems and their economics for our amazing games.

• Collaborate with multiple production teams throughout the development cycle to devise innovative game mechanics that not only increase player engagement but also boost revenue potential.
• Act as the go-to person for all economy design and progression matters, shaping and refining our monetization strategies and business models to create a win-win situation for both players and the studio.
• Dive deep into the intricacies of existing games, meticulously auditing their business models and progression systems.
• Join forces with other support teams to ensure the proper testing and balancing of economies through play tests and quality control.
• Identify areas for improvement in economic management tools and operational monitoring processes.

• Previous experience as a game economy designer – you've got the background and know-how to work your magic.
