We are in search of a Commercial and Legal Administrative Specialist to assist with administrative aspects of our commercial agreements and contracts. This role is pivotal in ensuring legal compliance, effective contract management, and supporting the revenue recognition framework. If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a focus on legal administrative support and contract management, we would love to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

•Agreement / Contract Management: Scrutinize existing subscription-based agreements, highlighting key terms, pricing structures, and revenue recognition methods. Aid in the review, modification, and meticulous management of various contract types. Maintain a comprehensive contract database, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Guarantee compliance with contractual terms and conditions. •Revenue Recognition Framework: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop a revenue recognition framework aligned with the project-based model. Ensure that new commercial agreements adhere to the established revenue recognition methods.

• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support contract interpretation and compliance. Stay abreast of pertinent laws and regulations impacting contracts. •Contract Negotiation Support: Work closely with legal counsel and team members in contract negotiations. Conduct in-depth research and gather information to fortify negotiation strategies. Assist in drafting and revising contract terms under legal guidance.

•Training and Onboarding: Develop comprehensive training materials for sales teams, ensuring a deep understanding of new project-based offerings. Facilitate effective communication of the value proposition to clients.

•Contract Templates: Develop standardized contract templates for project-based agreements, incorporating terms related to payment schedules, milestones, and unique project requirements.

•Monitoring and Reporting: Implement systems to vigilantly monitor project progress and gather data for reporting purposes. Engage with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate legally sound contract-related communication. Address routine inquiries and coordinate responses.

•Compliance and Risk Assessment: Play a pivotal role in evaluating contractual risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. Regularly monitor contract compliance, promptly alerting relevant parties to potential issues.

•Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop to continuously enhance commercial agreements based on real-world project experiences and evolving legal landscape.

•Documentation and Recordkeeping: Implement and uphold robust documentation and recordkeeping processes. Maintain a transparent audit trail for all transactions and agreements. Organize and manage contract files and documentation, ensuring accuracy. Schedule meetings, facilitate communication, and generate reports on contract status.

Ideal Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience working in legal, admin or finance.

•Proven experience in legal administrative support, contract management, and revenue recognition.

•Strong legal research skills with a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail. •Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
