As a human resources admin, it will generally be your duty to support the department's human resources specialists.
Responsibilities:

Organise and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal and external databases (e.g. record annual, sick or maternity leave, engagements forms on Jobsplus etc.)Assist in onboarding process

Prepare HR documents and gather new-starter documents

Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors

Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

Assist in arranging employee relocations

Assist in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Create references/bank letters/confirmation of probation

Assist in work permit applications

Support Leave Management

Manage employee discounts and discount app

Participate in HR projects
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferred but not essential
- Basic understanding of Maltese labor laws and regulations
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Effective English communication skills
- A personal and empathic approach
