Strategic Planning Manager

Product Supply Department is responsible for strategic planning in Santen's global product suypply, including global footprint planning, Global Product Supply Gevernance and Performance Management, analysis of sourcing decisions (make or buy).

Strategic Planning Manager in this department plays key roles to facilitate the above Governance and Performance Management and sourcing decision processes.

This position is to manage and lead the following business processes in Global Product Supply.

1.Global Product Supply Governance and Performance Management Process
Weekly Escalation
Monthly Performance Review
Strategy Review in Global Product Supply
Others
2. Business Case Evaluation to decide sourcing site(s) of API and Drug Products for New Product Launches (Make/Buy Analysis)
3. Mid-long term global product supply capacity planning
4. Other strategic initiatives

Requirements

1. Business level both of Japanese and English to collaborate with CPSO, other functional leaders/representatives and corporate staffs.
2. Cross functional communication and facilitation skill for the above global processes
3. Self-motivated
4. Understanding of
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and GMP.
Product Costing
Pharmaceutical product development
Balanced scorecard and KPI
5. Experience in Project Management or functional performance management
