Responsibilities:
Here's how you'll make your mark:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives user acquisition and achieves ambitious goals. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and craft a roadmap to accelerate growth.

• Craft compelling content that resonates with your target audience, optimizing existing pages and creating new ones to attract organic traffic.

• Oversee multi-channel paid media campaigns across social, search, and beyond. Experiment with innovative tactics to reach the right audience at the right time.

• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance, using data insights to optimize and iterate your strategies. Be the go-to person for measuring the impact of your efforts.

• Breaking the mold with innovative growth channels no one has dared to explore before.

• Audit, optimize, and build content, ensuring it ranks well in search results. Analyze competitor content to identify areas for improvement and develop a strategic roadmap for organic growth.

• Partner closely with Paid, SEO, Content, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful growth strategy. Share your knowledge and inspire others to push the boundaries of growth.

• Identify the right metrics to track the impact of your efforts, building dashboards to visualize and communicate results effectively.

• Develop a full-funnel, multi-touch acquisition program to increase trials and subscriber conversions.

• Own the GA4 account and be the consultant for measuring the impact of marketing activity on lead growth.

• Partner with the Senior Data Scientist to manage the paid acquisition tech stack, analyzing data to uncover new growth opportunities.

• Own pipeline targets from selective demand generation channels like Paid Advertising and Organic Search.

Requirements:

Are you the one we're looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in growth and/or demand generation for B2B SaaS startups (ideally with PLG motion)

• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to think creatively beyond traditional channels and implement innovative growth strategies

• In-depth understanding of Inbound Marketing, Content Strategy, and A/B testing

• Excellent project management abilities, with strong communication and persuasion skills

• Proven experience driving traffic and converting leads

• Proficiency in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker

• Experience in scaling a multi-channel acquisition program at a SaaS company

• Experience creating and managing paid media campaigns across social media and digital channels

• Understanding of audience and lifecycle marketing, including experience with customer data platforms, email, and CRM software

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of customer payback periods and building reporting systems

• Can-do, will-do attitude with a passion for learning and solving new problems
