Corporate Training Lead

In support of 2 Circle’s Business Philosophy and Strategic Imperatives that detail the implementation of a phased, actionable, and measurable training plan in order to provide employees the tools to execute our mission; 2 Circle is seeking an employee interested in leading the 2 Circle Training effort.

The goal of Corporate Training is:

• To ensure compliance with contractual requirements in accordance with our resource sponsors and government office
• To ensure compliance with directives required of our Company
• To equip employees with the tools needed to more effectively execute their day-to-day in support of our customer base
• To execute training in support of employee growth at all levels of employment within 2 Circle, to include managerial and individual contributor level
• To operationalize Professional Development efforts and other recurring needs:
  • Promote efficiency and competitive advantage through skill development
  • Provide tools for employees to cultivate their development
  • Current Training Team lines of effort
• Current Training Team lines of effort:
  • Corporate compliance efforts
    • HR
    • Security
    • Others as required
  • New hire / on-boarding efforts
    • Unanet
    • Mentorship / training
    • Other as needed / desired
  • Managerial efforts:
    • Contract management
    • Director, VP
  • Professional Development of future training
    • In coordination with the Director of Strategy

Level of effort is expected to be ~60 hours per year, and is in addition to all DL requirements. Employees will be compensated for all time spent in support as we respect the need to balance personal and professional demands.
