What will be your Mission?
As an Inside Sales Agent at Teya, you are stepping into an impactful role. Get ready to:
- Engage in both inbound and outbound sales, owning the whole sales process - from first call to closing the deal.
- Turn every interaction into an opportunity to match clients with our innovative POS terminal solution and software.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers, introducing them to our additional value-added products and services, such as cash advance, social presence management, or complex business management tool.
- Attend regular training sessions with our Czech and global team - you will be collecting feedback from our customers and building strong relationship with them
- Help improve efficiency and innovation by streamlining workflows and enhancing the shopping experience for merchants.
Requirements
What is your story?
- While we welcome applicants at all experience levels, having 1 or 2 years of sales experience is a big plus.
- We are looking for individuals with a strong customer-centric mindset, where communication and problem-solving is your forte.
- Sales is your passion. Your competitive nature helps you meet targets and overcome challenges.
- You are open to helping others and to criticism in the form of feedback. We are being honest to each other

- Being fluent in Czech language and advanced in English is necessary.
