Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the activities of our dynamic development team. This role involves providing technical leadership, guiding the team in solution proposals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions throughout the user lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, project management, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to team collaboration are essential. Responsibilities:

• Technical coordination of team activities
• Lead technical time, participating in discussions proposing solutions and detailing them
• Plan and design technical approach
• Review developer activities ensuring they are being delivered with quality for each stage of the user lifecycle
• Analyze and correct the development direction of the Squads
• Facilitate day-to-day team activities
• Remove impediments from team activities
• Identify and assist in implementing improvements in team operation mode
• Assist in communicating Sprint progress through used tools
• Manage activities, dependencies, and timeline to create, support, evolve, and administer Squad deliverables
• Participate in meetings with the Global Architecture team discussing technical approaches and possible adjustments in team delivery

Requirements:

• People management concerned with team development

• Technical leadership in Technology

• Experience in Projects and experience in team management process

• Knowledge of Best Programming Practices

• Knowledge in Java, Spring, XML, Rest, SOAP, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, JSP, and SQL

• Knowledge of the DevOps process and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, etc.

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields

• Fluent English: Reading, Writing, and Conversation

• Spanish is an advantage;
