Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to champion our brand across the digital landscape. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of how social platforms drive success for SaaS businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Visionary: Design a holistic social media strategy that seamlessly supports our broader marketing objectives. Focus on increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and nurturing a loyal customer base within the software/SaaS industry.

• Content Creation Whiz: Develop a diverse content calendar that resonates with our target audience. Produce captivating copy, attention-grabbing visuals, and engaging videos that highlight our products' unique value proposition, industry insights, and our vibrant company culture.

• Community Champion: Proactively interact with followers, cultivate meaningful conversations, and address customer inquiries with professionalism and speed. Monitor online sentiment to protect our brand reputation.

• Data-Driven Optimizer: Dive into social media analytics to pinpoint successes, areas for improvement, and emerging trends. Use data-backed insights to continually refine campaigns and deliver maximum ROI.

• Trend Spotter: Remain keenly aware of the dynamic social media landscape. Propose innovative tactics, capitalize on new platform features, and ensure our approach aligns with the evolving best practices of the SaaS/software sector.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must have skills:

• Proficiency in major social media networks (likely including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, potentially others depending on the company's focus). Understanding of platform-specific best practices.

• Experience with social media analytics dashboards (native tools and third-party services) to track metrics, gain insights, and generate reports.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.

• Strong ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to adjust messaging styles based on different platforms and goals (e.g., promotional vs. customer service).

• Demonstrates empathy, responsiveness, and strong problem-solving abilities when responding to customer inquiries and feedback.

• Flexibility to quickly change messaging or tactics based on new trends, algorithm updates, or campaign performance data.

• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams such as content marketers, designers, and potentially sales or product teams.
