We have since expanded our product range to include ecosystems of MagSafe® compatible magnetic accessories, mechanical mounts for content creation and bikes, ultra-fast wireless chargers and backpacks that all adhere to these principles.

Our products are for risk-takers and thrill-seekers as well as tech-lovers and city dwellers. We create solutions to the problems that come from busy lives and outlandish adventures. 👨‍💻 About the Role

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Growth Executive to be a part of our expanding team in Pakistan! As we grow both steadily and swiftly, we're embarking on numerous new projects. For these ventures, we require an enthusiastic individual who will be an instrumental part of our exciting journey to build the world’s best tech accessories. Reporting to our UK Senior Growth Manager, you will dive straight into the deep end getting involved across all our digital marketing and retention strategies.

👋 About You

As a Growth Executive at Mous, you’ll work collaboratively with our Growth team and report directly to our UK Senior Growth Manager. You’ll be a quick learner, able to pick up and work across multiple platforms and systems. You are able to prioritise quickly to ensure deadlines are met assisting with delivering projects. With experience working across multiple Advertising Platforms, you are able to implement changes, create new ads and update existing with provided content and copy. You’ll also play a key part in our customer retention strategy, building out email campaigns to support seasonal promotions and new product launches. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment, playing a crucial role in driving our projects to successful completion with precision and efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and report on paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon and Pinterest.
  • Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Set up tests to continue to optimise and improve marketing campaigns.
  • Work alongside multiple teams, to scope, brief and deliver campaigns throughout the year.

🤓 Skill Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to eCommerce or tech environments seen as a plus.

  • A 2:1 (GPA 3.3) degree or higher, although not strictly required.

  • Experience managing Paid Search, Shopping and Social campaigns.

  • Social Media Management

  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.

  • Email Marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
